I utilize an eclectic, trauma informed approach drawing upon Cognitive Behavior Therapy approaches and attachment theory. I hold the belief that our personal and social histories contribute to a person’s current struggles; and work with folks to support the discovery of these connections to cultivate insight and encourage change.

I use warmth, authenticity and humor, while being direct and keeping it real.
