Since 2005 I have been working with adults, families, couples and young people to support them in navigating many of life's challenges.

let's do something different

I utilize an eclectic, trauma informed approach drawing upon Cognitive Behavior Therapy approaches and attachment theory. I hold the belief that our personal and social histories contribute to a person’s current struggles; and work with folks to support the discovery of these connections to cultivate insight and encourage change.

I use warmth, authenticity and humor, while being direct and keeping it real. I celebrate all expressions of gender, sexuality and love; striving to create inclusive spaces for healing for ALL people. I embrace Health at Every Size (HAES) principles in my professional practice and in my own recovery journey.
